Client Responsibilities

As a client of Achievement Education and Visa Services, you understand and agree to the following responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your education and qualifications along with your personal profile.
• Respect all the deadlines imposed by educational institutions, embassies and immigration authorities among others.
• Follow the rules and regulations of the institution or organization you are applying to.
• Deal with any arising problems or issues in relation to the visa application procedure.

Achievement Education will bear no liability in case of delays or rejections due to lack of accurate information, non-compliance or missing deadlines as per the process requirements.

Fees and Payments

At the beginning of any service, the company will inform the client of all costs that must be paid prior to any action taken. The cost varies depending on the services provided and is not refundable except for any notice in writing.

It is mandatory that the payments are made as required per the payment schedule agreed between both parties. Failure to make payments as per the agreement may lead to suspension or termination of your services.

Kindly take note that any university application fee or language testing fee is not inclusive of the consultancy fees we charge unless stated otherwise. 

Limitation of Liability

Achievement Education and Visa Services ensures that it provides up-to-date information. However, we cannot be liable for the outcomes of any third-party institution or authorities, such as visa approvals, admission offers or scholarships, among others. We will not be held responsible for any loss or delay, inconvenience or damage resulting from the actions or decisions taken by educational institutions or authorities.

Our liability is limited to the amount of the service fee paid by our client.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your personal information with third parties unless it is necessary to process applications, admissions or visa-related services.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but we can't guarantee the security of any data sent via electronic communication or the internet. We encourage users to take the necessary precautions to protect their personal information.

Intellectual Property and Copyright
